Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions explain the general rules for using the Silviks Design Ltd website and requesting information about the company’s services.
1. Use of the website
By accessing and using this website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not damage, interrupt, overload or misuse the website, its content or its technical systems. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its hosting environment or any related communication systems.
If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you should stop using the website.
2. Website information and site URL
These Terms and Conditions apply to the website operated for Silviks Design Ltd at silviksdesign.online, including its pages, content, media, contact forms, project information, service descriptions and related website features.
The website presents general information about Silviks Design Ltd and its design, branding, interior, architectural visualization, marketing, web, multimedia, prepress and consulting services. The content is provided for general presentation purposes and does not constitute a binding offer, quotation, professional advice or guaranteed availability of services.
Although the company aims to keep the information clear and accurate, website content may be updated, changed or removed at any time without prior notice.
3. Age-verification and eligible users
The website and the services presented on it are intended for business users, professional clients, company representatives and individuals who are legally capable of entering into business communications and contractual arrangements. By using the website, submitting an enquiry or requesting services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or that you are acting on behalf of a company, organisation or legal entity with proper authority.
Silviks Design Ltd does not knowingly request project enquiries, business instructions or contractual commitments from minors. If a user is under the age of 18, they should not submit personal information, project requests or commercial enquiries through the website without appropriate legal permission or representation.
4. Services and project scope
Any service descriptions, packages, deliverables and examples shown on the website are illustrative. A specific project begins only after the client and Silviks Design Ltd agree on the scope, price, deadlines, responsibilities, number of revisions, payment terms and any additional project conditions in writing.
Services may include visual identity design, corporate templates, catalogues, brochures, posters, packaging design, interior concept direction, spatial planning support, 3D visualization direction, lighting design direction, furniture and material selection, advertising design, copywriting support, digital media design, web visual assets, animations, infographics, virtual-tour design assets, prepress preparation and print consultation.
5. Package prices
Package prices shown on the Services page are example starting prices. Final pricing may vary depending on project complexity, deadlines, amount of content, number of layouts, number of revisions, requested file formats, printing requirements, third-party costs and whether custom consulting or urgent delivery is required.
Taxes, printing costs, stock assets, fonts, hosting, domains, paid plugins, paid image or video licenses, photography, travel and subcontractor costs may be quoted separately where applicable.
6. Enquiries and communication
Submitting a contact form, sending an email or making a phone enquiry does not automatically create a client relationship or oblige Silviks Design Ltd to accept a project. A project is accepted only after written confirmation and agreement of the relevant commercial terms.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact details and project information. If inaccurate or incomplete information is provided, the company may be unable to respond properly or prepare an accurate proposal.
7. Client materials and permissions
If you provide text, logos, images, drawings, plans, product photos, brand materials, architectural references or other files, you confirm that you have the right to use them and to provide them for the project. You also confirm that their use will not infringe third-party rights.
Silviks Design Ltd may rely on the accuracy and legality of materials supplied by the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, layout, graphics, icons, logo materials, design elements, code structure and visual presentation, belongs to Silviks Design Ltd or is used under appropriate licence. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or reuse website materials without written permission.
Ownership and usage rights for client project deliverables should be agreed separately for each project. Unless otherwise agreed, draft concepts, unused proposals, working files, source files and internal methods may remain the property of Silviks Design Ltd.
9. Portfolio and presentation use
Unless a separate confidentiality agreement states otherwise, Silviks Design Ltd may request permission to present completed work in its portfolio, website, proposals or social media. Confidential projects, unreleased campaigns or sensitive commercial materials can be excluded from portfolio use by written agreement.
10. Third-party resources
The website or project work may involve third-party resources such as stock photos, stock videos, fonts, plugins, hosting providers, website builders, printing suppliers or external platforms. Their use may be subject to separate licences, fees and terms from the relevant providers.
Silviks Design Ltd is not responsible for changes, interruptions, pricing changes, licence changes or technical issues caused by third-party platforms or suppliers.
11. Risk Disclaimer
The design concepts, visual directions, interior suggestions, branding materials, marketing assets, website visuals and consultation information presented or discussed through this website are provided for general business and creative project purposes. They should not be treated as legal, financial, engineering, structural, construction safety, tax, investment or regulatory advice.
Interior, architectural, implementation and construction-related ideas may require review by qualified architects, engineers, construction specialists, electricians, lighting specialists, local authorities, building managers, landlords or other relevant professionals before execution. The client is responsible for ensuring that any implementation, installation, construction, renovation, printing, publication or public use of materials complies with applicable laws, permits, technical standards and third-party requirements.
Silviks Design Ltd is not responsible for losses, delays, technical issues, approval refusals, construction problems, printing defects, campaign performance, market response or business outcomes caused by decisions made solely on the basis of website content or preliminary design information.
12. Refund and Dispute Policies
Refunds and payment adjustments are handled according to the specific written agreement, invoice, proposal or project confirmation agreed with the client. Because design, branding, interior concept, consulting, prepress and digital work often involves custom creative time and project-specific preparation, refund eligibility depends on the stage of completion and the amount of work already performed.
If a client cancels a project before work has started, any prepaid amount may be refunded in full, except for transaction fees or third-party costs already incurred. If the project has already started, a partial refund may be considered after deducting the value of completed work, time spent, project management, research, draft concepts, consultations, purchased resources, third-party costs and any deliverables already prepared or supplied.
No refund is normally due for work that has been completed, approved, delivered, downloaded, used, printed, published or otherwise accepted by the client, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Where a concern arises, the client should first contact Silviks Design Ltd in writing and describe the issue clearly, including the relevant project, invoice, deliverables and requested resolution.
The parties should first attempt to resolve any disagreement through good-faith communication, clarification, correction, revision or negotiated settlement. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be handled according to the governing law and competent jurisdiction described in these Terms and any applicable project agreement.
13. Website availability
The company aims to keep the website available and functional, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation or permanent availability of all pages, media, forms or links. Access may be interrupted due to maintenance, hosting issues, security updates or circumstances outside the company’s control.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silviks Design Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the website, reliance on website content, temporary unavailability of the website, third-party links, or technical issues outside the company’s control.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law.
15. External links
The website may include links to external websites, resources, image providers, video providers or social platforms. These links are provided for convenience or presentation purposes. Silviks Design Ltd does not control and is not responsible for external content, security, availability or privacy practices.
16. Privacy
Use of personal information submitted through the website is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the website and submitting information, you should also review the Privacy Policy page.
17. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions, the use of this website and any non-contractual matters arising from or connected with the website are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, unless a separate written agreement with a client states otherwise.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through communication between the parties, the competent Bulgarian courts or other competent Bulgarian authorities may have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory legal rules or separately agreed contractual terms.
18. Changes to these terms
Silviks Design Ltd may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page and will apply from the time of publication unless stated otherwise.
